At Totally Norfolk we specialise in residential and commercial lettings, property management and holiday lets in Norfolk, UK.
We offer a comprehensive range of property services and provide a bespoke approach to each and every client's property needs; whether it's fully managed, let only, holiday let management or something else entirely!
We are an independent firm, with a small, dedicated team. We operate online and have presence on the ground in North Norfolk and beyond.

We have lived in the area for quite some time and know it like the back of our hands. Between us our team share a wealth of experience, having worked in the local property industry for years. We feel that there is no substitute for real local knowledge!

Property Management
We offer comprehensive property management services, from day-to-day operations to ensure facilities are in optimal working condition, to overseeing building safety and compliance.
Residential property manager services include site visits and inspections, ensuring health and safety legislation is up to date, fire risk assessments and asset compliance, to overseeing routine and major repair works.
We use reliable, reputable and fairly priced contractors and strive to secure the best prices for clients when it comes to property maintenance and upkeep.
Holiday Lettings
We offer anything from bookings only to full management of holiday rental properties.
From dealing with multiple booking platforms, guest relations, maintenance issues, along with health and safety matters - we've got you covered!
We market our properties on mainstream booking platforms, via social media and a handful are marketed on the Totally Norfolk website.
We deal with the bookings process, guest queries (prior to/during/after their stay), cleaning, laundry, maintenance, hot tub upkeep, chimney sweeping, gardening, you name it. We also carry out checks prior to guest arrivals, ensuring that properties are guest-ready, relevant fire safety checks have taken place and records are up to date.
We can provide sundries and hampers with anything from the basics to a selection of fine treats and locally sourced produce.
We also offer out of hours call out service and are on-call should your guests encounter any issues, or require assistance, during their stay in Norfolk.
We are in tune with changes in the market and consumer demands, We are always on hand to give you advice on creating a successful and profitable holiday let, should you require it.
We appreciate the importance of presenting your property to the highest standards possible for your guests, so they will return again and again.

Calm in the centre of Cromer is a one bedroom apartment conveniently placed in the centre of town, a short stroll from the seafront, Blue Flag beach and Cromer’s iconic pier!
This flat oozes charm and has been tastefully decorated and thoughtfully kitted out with all you could need for a delightful break by the seaside.
Calm is ideal for couples but also has the convenience of a sofa bed, allowing for up to two additional guests.
